changes made. Admission to membership and related privileges is at the sole discretion of Shaadi
Story.This Terms of Use is published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology
(Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.Shaadi Story functions as a
focused advertising platform, modernizing traditional matrimonial classifieds by offering targeted
matchmaking services. It is intended exclusively for individual users seeking meaningful marital
alliances. The platform must not be used for any commercial purposes or business promotion.Please
note, Shaadi Story is a dedicated space for serious matchmaking and is not meant for casual dating
or time-pass interactions.Basic access to the Shaadi Story app is free of charge. For enhanced
visibility and outreach, we offer Premium Membership options that allow users to highlight their
profiles across multiple features—such as the Premium Interest Wall, inbox, search results, emails,
chat, SMS, and more.

Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

In order to use the Shaadi story Service you must register as a member on the mobile application.

Shaadi story app is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the
Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legall
binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." For purposes of this
Agreement, the term "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site
whether such person uses the Service as a free member, or a paid member and User shall mean a
person who actively uses the Site to promote his/her profile for matchmaking purpose. By using the
Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and
promote/ advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the Shaadi story service ("Service")
read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process. By using the Service,
you consent to submit your personally identifiable information including sensitive personal data such
as your financial data if opted for our paid membership, Identity proofs, employment details, if
submitted, etc to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service and to
contact you by other Members. You also give your consent to check the authenticity of the said details
through a third party tool/subcontractor including any previous criminal cases at the discretion of the
Shaadi story to protect the interest of the other members on the platform. If you have any objection in
collecting/processing your personal data, we advise you not to register with our Site. If you want to
withdraw this consent or if you have any objection in continuous collection or storage of your persona
details, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account by sending an email from you
registered email ID to - support@shaadistory.com as we shall not be able to provide you any Service
without having your personally identifiable information.

Eligibility
● You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this Website.
● You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
● By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

● Shaadi story site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance
   between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they
   are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

● By using this Site you acknowledge that the match mails or the match search results shown to
   you by the system are based on the partner preference details submitted by you in your
   profile.

Term and Termination
● You may end your membership at any time and for any reason by deleting your profile or
   submitting a written request to Shaadi Story. Please note that upon
   termination, any unused portion of your subscription fees will not be refunded, unless a refund
   has been specifically promised to you in writing.
● Shaadi Story reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for reasons including
   violation of terms, misuse for commercial gain, or inappropriate behavior.
● Termination notifications will be sent to your registered email address.
● If terminated due to breach of Agreement, you will not be eligible for a refund of subscription
   fees.

Account Security
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
   you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that
   occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized
   access/use of your account or any other breach of security.

Non-Commercial Use by Members
● The website is intended solely for personal use by individual members.
● Use of the platform for business promotion or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
● Unauthorized or unlawful use will be investigated and may result in legal action.

Other Terms of Use for Members
● Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed and will be deactivated without refund.
● Shaadi Story may review user activity and block access without prior notice.
● Submitting false details or impersonation is illegal and subject to legal action.
● Sending chain letters, spam, or junk emails to other members is prohibited.
● Subscribing to paid services confirms agreement to applicable terms and conditions.

Proprietary Rights
● All intellectual property on Shaadi Story is owned by Shaadi Story or its licensors.
● You may not copy, modify, share, or sell this material without permission.
● Unauthorized use may result in cancellation of membership and legal action.

Content Posted on the Site
